Testers Needed! Calling All Aspiring Archaeologists, Ages 9-14

Kids ages 9-14, and their families, are needed to try out the Maine State Museum’s newest interactive exhibit and provide feedback.

We need your help to make sure our fun and informative interactive runs smoothly and meets our goals!

Registration is required. Plan to spend 1 hour at the museum for this free activity. Space is limited. The deadline to sign up is Thursday, July 23rd or until spots are full.

Curious to see what the museum has been up to lately? Sign up to try out our new touch table and learn more about Defence, a Revolutionary War privateer that sank in Stockton Harbor in 1779. Dive into Penobscot Bay to discover artifacts that were excavated in 1979, and learn what it is like to be an underwater archaeologist.
